Wayne on WV Broadcasting: Meghan’s Law Requires W.Va.School Education In Self-Harm And Eating Disorders

I appeared on WV Public Broadcasting to talk about one of my key legislative successes since becoming a Delegate – helping train educators in our schools on identifying and helping children who may suffer from self-harm and eating disorders. I’m thankful to my colleagues in the legislature who supported this bill and set West Virginia as a model for other states.
