ABOUT WAYNE

I've learned a lot over the past two terms I've served as your Delegate.  We have a tremendous delegation representing Jefferson County in the House and I'm honored to be part of that team.  I sponsored and co-sponsored more than 30 bills that have become law since I started in 2020.  Each of these laws touches on a variety of issues that impact the 99th District, Jefferson County and the State of West Virginia.  From education and education choice to protecting the 2nd Amendment and the rights of the unborn to supporting small business and passing the largest income tax cut in West Virginia history.

I am the husband of Wendy and dad to Meghan and Mattie.  I own and operate Locust Hill Golf Course in Charles Town, WV and previously served on Charles Town City Council.
